About the Author

I was born in Brooklyn NY, and through subsequent moves spent the majority of my formative years in New Rochelle, NY (Westchester County).
I attended the Philadelphia Textile Institute, and have been a prolific reader all of my life. I was first introduced to the joy of free-style writing, and encouraged to pursue it, by my college English Professor. (I should have listened.)
My business career started in the textile industry, which is where my international travels began. These travels covered Canada, Northern South America some areas of Central America, Europe, and a number of Caribbean islands; Cuba being the most often visited.
I wrote for my college newspaper and prepared business advertising copy for local and national printed media. My first exercise in fiction was a demonstrative writing for my older son. I was more than pleased with the results and was “hooked”, but never went any further with writing as a serious pursuit, until now.
My wife of twenty-nine years and I live in southeastern North Carolina. I am self employed as a residential appraiser.
My first work of fiction, The Lethal Fisherman (ISBN: 978-1-626946-49-1), employs some of what I experienced on a first hand basis, and extensive, in-depth, research. The work is completely fictitious. I have also made use of my current location as a geographical background. This is the first novel of a planned trilogy.
Novel #2, Scattered Pieces, is now available in print or Ebook (ISBN 978-1-626947-95-5). The story, also a suspense/thriller, is a follow-up and continuation of the first novel, The Lethal Fisherman.
Novel #3, Blood Money, which completes the trilogy, is now available in print or Ebook (ISBN 978-1-626949-17-1). This is the final book of The Lethal Fisherman trilogy and is the follow-up to Scattered Pieces.
I enjoy woodworking, cooking (I cooked professionally for ten years), and when time permits, fishing and travel. A favorite enjoyment of mine is dining out, and experiencing new restaurants and cuisines.
